The W/O Approval authority that is to be linked to this P/N Approved Certificate.
Note: If Production Switch 
CRSCOMPATIBILITY is set to Yes, the system will not allow the user to issue a part using this Approved Certificate to a W/O picklist, unless the W/O in question has an Approval authority that is linked to the Approved Certificate.
