GSE Reading, General Tab

Readings can be recorded for Ground Service Equipment through the following:

The following information/options are available in this window:

GSE

Enter or select the Ground Support Equipment you wish to update the times.

Transaction Date

This is the time stamp, which this transaction occurred.

Previous Time

Time of last reading.

Current Time

Current reading which you are entering. This will be the actual reading for the Ground Support Equipment. Alternatively, the Auto Hours button can be used to enter a date range instead of a single day.

Note: Entering a current time that is less than the previous time will result in a soft warning.

Operation Time

This is the actual operation time since the previous reading. Subtracting the previous time with the current time does this.

Last Updated

The date of the last GSE reading.

Previous ODO

The last recorded mileage of the Ground Service Equipment.

Current ODO

The current mileage of the Ground Service Equipment.

Note: Entering a current ODO that is less than the previous ODO will result in a soft warning.

Operation ODO

The amount of mileage occurred during the Ground Service Equipment's current operation. This amount is determined by subtracting the previous ODO from the current ODO.

Transaction Date

This is the time stamp, which this transaction occurred.
