TRAX MANUALS > Orders > Orders Module > Orders, Update Menu > Exchange Order > Exchange Order Detail > Exchange Order Detail Buttons > EOS Message Button, via Exchange Order Detail > Send Order Button, via EOS Message Button

Select the Send Order button to resend the order as a new order. This option is only available when there are no incoming messages from the vendor.

The Send To Vendor message is new in TRAX V15 and all later releases.

Note: This feature is only available for those customers with an AeroXchange interface.
