P/N Average Cost Movement

FA-CRT - Indicates that a Fixed Asset record was created for the part without being linked to an order or an initial load. This transaction will appear in the Average Cost Movement Print with a value of 0.00, but note that this value does not affect the part's average cost.

Tool Control Checkbox - In Order for the Tools Check-In and Check-Out functionality (via Inventory/ Update/ Inventory Transaction) to work correctly, this must be checked to indicate the part is a tool. The Tool Calibration checkbox, which indicates whether the tool requires calibration, will appear once the Tool Control checkbox has been checked. The number of calibration days are set in the Days field. These two checkboxes allow reports (via Inventory/ Prints) to be generated to track tools' issuance and calibration (with calibration task description) as required. Only serialized P/Ns can be set up for tool calibration.

Note: A hard warning appears when a user attempts to deselect the Tool Control checkbox while the Tool Calibration Flag checkbox is currently selected.

MEL Revision - The following functionality has been added:

Note: MELs imported via the MELCU TRAX DOC import process will have their Dispatch Concurrence value automatically imported into the system. The Dispatch Concurrence checkbox will be selected if the Dispatch_Concurrence value equals "true" in the imported XML file. The Dispatch Concurrence checkbox will be deselected if the Dispatch_Concurrence value equals "false" in the imported XML file.
