The Employee Authorization Detail, Course tab defines any pre-requisite courses to be associated with the Authorization Code.

The following information/options are available in this window:

Course

The Training Course that will be a pre-requisite to being awarded the currently selected Authorization Code’s Approval.

Or Course

An alternate course that will satisfy the pre-requisite requirement instead of the course defined in the Course field. You can specify up to four alternate courses.

Created by

The user who created the record.

Created Date

The date the record was created.

Modified By

The user who last modified the record.

Modified Date

The date the record was last modified.
