A/C Schedule Flight APU Due Date Calculation

When running a Planning Query, the Due Date is calculated using the APU Mean Hours.

Take note of the APU mean Hours and Cycles. Run a Planning Query for the highlighted aircraft.

The Due Date shows that the maintenance event will be due on 10/18/2008. The values are calculated using the APU Mean Hours and Cycles. For this S/N, the Remaining Hours is 5000hrs. The APU Mean Hours is set up as 10, therefore the maintenance event will be due in 201days. This is calculated from the last time the Time was adjusted.

Go to Technical Records/Query/P/N Time Adjustment Query.

TRAX displays the P/N Time Adjustment Query Window.

Enter the P/N and S/N and select the Find button. The record is displayed showing that the last time the Time was adjusted was on 04/01/2008. Add 201 days from the calculation of Remaining Hours and APU Mean Hrs. This will give the due date of the E/C.
