Library Print

The Manual Aging Print is designed to give users an overview of the age of the different manuals in the library. It lists all manuals matching the filter settings informs the user of the number of days that have passed since the last issue was registered in the system.

The following information/options are available in this window:

Location

The location of the manual as entered during manual registration.

Manual

The title of the manual.

S/N

The Serial Number of the Manual. This will be unique for each Manual entered.

Revision

The revision of the manual, according to the manual's manufacturer.

Manual Use

The manual purpose as entered during manual registration.

Format

The format of the manual.

Vendor Document Number

The number of the manual as issued by the manual vendor.

Due Date

The due date of the manual.

After setting the filters according to your wishes, select the Find button.

The print shows the manual information (name, serial number, location, creation date etc) and the number of days since issue.
