The Quote button allows the vendor to create a quote for the work requested.

TRAX displays the Quotes window. Enter the quoted hours and cost and select the Save button. the Save prompt appears.

The following information/options are available in this window:

Hours

The quoted number of hours to complete the work specified.

Cost

The quoted cost to complete the work specified.

The quote is created as shown below.

Note: The Quoted date field has been populated with the current date and the Status of the quote has changed from 'Requested' to 'Quoted.'
