Form 1/8130
Form 1 tags certified tags designated for rotable components that have already been certified.
From the P/N Identification Tag Reprint window, select the Form 1/8130 
button.
TRAX displays the following window. Select from the FAA Form 8130 option or the EASA Form 1 option and click on the Select 
button.
In the following example, the user will select the FAA Form 8130 radio button.

The following label is now available for use. The user may specify the number of labels needed, they may print the label or email it from this window.
