Select the New button

System Administration/ Update/ Trax Printer Defaulting

Select the New button to enter a new printer into the system.

The system will display a new transaction where the printer information must be added. Enter the name of the machine in the Machine Name field.

If required, enter the IP address for the designated machine in the Machine IP field.

Lastly, right-click into the Printer Name field and select from the list of printers the designated printer.

Save the printer information.
