Fixed Asset Registry, Depreciation Tab

FOC checkbox: Indicates whether or not the FOC (Free of Charge) checkbox was selected in the order that created this Fixed Asset Registry. This checkbox can be overridden from this window: it can either be selected or deselected. When deselected, the F/A Amounts can be populated manually.

Further, when selected, the field is displayed in red text.

This information will also appear in the Fixed Asset Register Query and the Fixes Asset Registry Query Print.

Journal Entry Detail Query

Fixed Asset NO: The Fixed Asset number of the part assigned by the system during the initial load or purchase for a component that has been through a Scrap or Return to Vendor.

P/N Inventory HST: The Part Inventory Transaction History record number or a Scrap or Return to Vendor, typically used within the system and appears in some prints or is not visible for the end-user. For more information, refer to Switch PNINVHIS.
