Customer Creation

The Customer Master is used to keep information relating to customers (people the user provides service(s) to). Customer profiles must be entered in TRAX in order to use the options in the Customer Orders Menu or the Third Party Capability for Work Orders.

Note: If customer profiles are entered, it is mandatory to have at least one customer discount structure entered in the system.

Once the Customer has been created, the process is complete and it can be utilized in Customer Orders, as needed.
