12.5 - Technical Records Switches

ACSCHFLTRD

When set to Yes, the Actual/Schedule Flight Selected window will display once the Reported Date field is selected/right click.

When set to No, the Actual/Schedule Flight Selection window will not display once the Reported Date field is selected/right click. Only the calendar date window will appear.

Note: Switch ACSCHFLTRD was created for a specific customer and is not functional for all operators.

ALLNRTCLOSED

When set to Yes, if a defect is attached to an open Non-Routine Task Card, and the user attempts to close the defect via the Defect Resolution tab, a hard stop warning will appear preventing the user from closing the defect.

When set to No, if a defect is attached to an open Non-Routine Task Card, the user is able to close the defect via the Defect Resolution tab.

PNCTRLRESET

When set to Yes, when saving any updates in the P/N N/L/A Creation window, the 'Cascade the P/N Control Reset Date from the NHA to all its NLAs' prompt will not appear.

When set to No, when saving any updates in the P/N N/L/A Creation window, the 'Cascade the P/N Control Reset Date from the NHA to all its NLAs' prompt will appear.

HIDEDEFECTTAG

When set to Yes, all Defect Tags that are normally displayed next to a mark on the Dent map will be hidden. A tag will only be displayed when the user hovers over the corresponding mark.

When set to No, all Defect Tags will be displayed alongside their marks at all times.
