The following information/options are available in this window:

Station
The station where the Delay has occurred.
Follow Up By
This is used to reference an employee who did the follow up of this delay.
Date
The date on which the follow-up has been performed.
Time
The time at which the follow-up has been performed
Status
The status of the follow-up
