Examples of Audit Report Formats

The Audit Requirement Detail Report should be run at least every day with the current days date selected to verify if any Audits are due.

It should also be run for future dates to plan for Audits that will become due in the coming weeks/months as required (Audit plan).

Once the data is collected and the document is created, you will have the option of printing (Print button) or e-mailing (E-mail button) the document. The data may also be exported (“Saved As”) to other applications such as Microsoft ® Excel as required. Please refer to the System Standards manual for additional information regarding all Print menus within the system. The results of the report will determine which Audits are due and those Audits must then be performed (Steps must be closed and so on).
