The Import button allows the user to link an already existing delay created via the A/C Actual Flights program to a delay via the Defect Report program.

From the A/C Actual Flights window, a flight has been created for A/C A901. A delay has also been created for the A/C.

A Defect Report is created for the A/C A901. Select the Delay/Cancellation button.

The Delay window is displayed. Select the Import button. The delay that was created via the A/C Actuals Flights program is available to be imported. Select on the delay record.

The delay is imported and can be saved.
