The System Transaction Codes are displayed with both the Code Names and Descriptions. The Code Descriptions directly illustrate their functionality and role in the system, as fields are populated and tasks are performed.

Functions:	Cancel/Defer Reason input field is available when the status is set to Cancel/Defer in the W/O Task Card window.The Part Number field will appear if Part Required checkbox is selected in the Transaction Code.

Available Functionality

The Cancel/Defer Reason transaction code will make the Cancel/Defer Reason field available in the W/O Task Card window when the Status is set to Cancel/Defer. The Part Number field will also be available when the Part Required checkbox is selected in the Transaction Code.

Part Required checkbox

Indicates if a part is required for Cancel/Defer reason. When Part Required is selected, the Part Number field will be available.

The following Transaction Code has the Part Required checkbox selected.

Part Required Selected

The Part Number field appears due to the Part Required checkbox being selected in the Transaction Code entered in the Cancel Reason field.

Cancel Defer Part Required Not Selected

The Part Number field does not appear due to the Part Required checkbox not being selected in the Transaction Code entered in the Cancel Reason field.
