The S1 Reject button allows user s to place a Spec2000 item in 'Processed' status.

Go to Orders/ Update/ Order Update.

When the Unprocessed Spec2000 Messages checkbox is selected, only unprocessed Spec 2000 items appear in the below query:

From the Spec 2000 Message List window, select the S1Reject button.

Note: The S1 Reject button only appears for records that are unprocessed.

Be sure the Hand pointer is pointing to the correct record.

The S1 Reject button no longer appears in the Spec 2000 Message List window, and the Processed checkbox is now selected:

The Spec 2000 item no longer appears when the 'Unprocessed Spec2000 Messaged' checkbox is selected:
