From the Purchase Order Detail, select the Spec2000 Messages button.

This button is security controlled via Orders/ Update/ Purchase Order Detail. For additional information, refer to the Security Explorer, via the System Administration Training Manual.

TRAX displays the Spec 2000 Message List window. This window displays all of the Spec2000 messages that have been sent and received.

The following information/options are available in this window:

Message Type

The type of message that will be sent from TRAX to the Vendor.

Description

A brief description of the Spec 2000 message.

Created By

The user who created the record.

Created Date

The date the record was created.

Interface Transaction No

The interface transaction reference number.

Processed checkbox

This checkbox indicates whether the message has been processed or not. If it is selected, the message has been processed. If it is de-selected, the message has not been processed. For additional information, refer to the S1 Reject Button, via the Purchase Order Detail Buttons, of the Orders Training Manual.
