Creating TraxDocs

The TraxDoc module in TRAX is used to create documents that can be viewed in many different locations in TRAX. These documents can range from basic PDF files or images to OEM data. The TraxDoc Master provides several methods for entering files into the system, such as Manufacturer SGML Data File Imports (such as SB, AMM, IPC, and etc) File Selection, Print Capture, and Scanning. Regardless of the method that is chosen, the entered files can be converted to .PDF and stored in TraxDoc. The original file (before .PDF conversion) will also be stored in the system so that it can be revised later if required. With TraxDoc, large OEM data files can be uploaded to automatically create parts, Task Cards, and any other forms of data provided by a manufacturer.
