TraxDoc Setup

Before creating TraxDocs, administrators must set up the security, authorization, and revision configurations. Only certain users should be allowed to create/modify and authorize TraxDocs.

Both the security and authorization settings are configured through the TraxDoc Category transaction code.

• For information on applying user security, refer to the Configuring TraxDoc Security section.
• For information on applying user group authorization settings, refer to the Configuring TraxDoc Authorization section.
• If importing SGML data for an aircraft or fleet, the SGML Designator must be defined. For more information refer to Define SGML Designator.

Once all of these configurations have been set up, users can begin Creating TraxDocs.
