Configuring TraxDoc Authorization

Before TraxDocs are created, the required authorization procedures must be configured. This configuration is organized through the TraxDoc Category transaction code, the TraxDoc Authorization Routing transaction code, and the TraxDoc Authorization Group Explorer window.

• First, the TraxDoc Category transaction code is linked to a TraxDoc Authorization Routing tran code.
• Then, each TraxDoc Authorization Routing tran code must have its own set of required authorization steps.
• Finally, each Authorization Step must be performed by a particular Authorization Group. Once an Authorization Group is linked to a step, users must be assigned to one or more Authorization Groups via the TraxDoc Authorization Group Explorer.
