TraxDoc Category (Authorization)

TraxDoc/ Update/ TraxDoc Master/ TraxDoc Document, General Tab

The TraxDoc Category that is entered into the TraxDoc Master, General tab for each TraxDoc is a transaction code that is linked to an Authorization Routing transaction code.

Notice that when a Category is entered, the Authorization field is automatically populated.

Note: The Authorization field can be manually overridden.

The Authorization field is automatically populated because the Default Authorization field for that Category transaction code is populated. The Category transaction code's Default Authorization field is linked to the TraxDoc Authorization Routing transaction codes.

Note: If the TraxDoc Category does not have the Default Authorization field populated, then the Authorization field in the TraxDoc Document window will not be automatically populated. In this case, the Authorization field must be populated manually by right-clicking and selecting a TraxDoc Authorization Routing transaction code.
