Apply User Security via the TraxDoc Security Explorer
TraxDoc/ Explorer/ TraxDoc Security Explorer
The TraxDoc Security Explorer allows administrators to apply security access to each user for any selected TraxDoc Category.
For example, notice the following 'AMM' Category was entered against the below TraxDoc.
From the TraxDoc Security Explorer, users can be given the customized access to each TraxDoc under a certain Category. Usernames are selected from the list on the right of the window and dragged to the user Group on the left of the window. At this point, the necessary security options are selected for the user.
