TraxDoc Category (Security)

TraxDoc/ Update/ TraxDoc Master/ TraxDoc Document, General Tab

From the TraxDoc Document, General tab, users must enter a Category for each TraxDoc. These TraxDoc Categories are created via Transaction Code: TraxDoc Category.

Once a TraxDoc has a Category, users must have the appropriate security access if they wish to edit, upload, revise, etc., the TraxDoc.

For example, notice that the following user does not have the proper security access to create or import new files:
