Does TraxDoc contain OEM Data?

If the TraxDoc contains OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) data, then the SGML Designator must be defined for the each single Aircraft or an entire Aircraft Type/Series. The SGML Designator allows the TRAX system to recognize the manufacturer (Boeing, Airbus, etc.) providing the data for the aircraft or fleet. For more information refer to Define SGML Designator.

If the TraxDoc does not contain OEM data, then the SGML Designator does not need to be defined. At this point, new TraxDocs can be created.
