Does the R/N need to be converted to a different Order Type?

YES: After issuing the Rental Order to the Customer, before Receiving it back, if the Customer decides to keep the part(s) or exchange it for a different part(s), then the R/N needs to be converted to a different Order Type. If this needs to be done, then Select the R/N/S/O button to Make the R/N a Sales Order OR the R/N/X/O button to Make the R/N an Exchange Order.

NO: If the R/N does not need to be converted to a different Order Type, then proceed to Receiving the Rental Order.
