Is an Invoice Required?

YES: If an Invoice is required, select the Invoice checkbox in the Exchange Order Out Finalization, General tab. Invoice Authorization is specified through Switch XOINVAUTH. After selecting the Invoice checkbox, the Exchange Order Out Finalization can be saved.

NO: If an Invoice is not required, then proceed to Saving the Exchange Order Finalization.
