YES: If there are specifications that need to be made for the Customer of the Sales Order, then populate/edit the S/O, Shipping Information tab, the S/O, Bill To tab, and select the Contact button, as needed.

NO: If there are not any specifications that need to be made for the Customer of the Sales Order, then proceed to the other aspects of the order that may need to be populated/edited.
