Part Number Removal
A Part Number may need to be removed from an aircraft for various reasons; the main reason being the component is in need of repair. Other reasons may include the P/N Controls are due or the life limit of the component has come to an end. A part may also are be removed from an aircraft simply because it is needed elsewhere. The following outlines the basic steps in removing a Part Number from an aircraft.
