Need to add more parts to the P/O?

Multiple P/Ns can be added to the same Purchase Order by creating new line items for the P/O. Do more parts need to be added?

Yes: To add new line items to an open P/O, select the New button. Once all parts are added, then the P/O can be Released for Authorization. Once authorized, the order is sent to the Vendor.

Note: In order to add multiple parts (line items) to a P/O, Switch POLINE1 must be set to Yes.

No: If the P/O is ready to be authorized, then the P/O can be Released for Authorization. The Release for Authorization prompt appears when the P/O detail window is exited.
