Is there a Pre Receiving record for the Order?
YES: If there is a Pre Receiving record for the Order, select the Pre Receiving 
button in the Order Receiving window.
NO: If there is not a Pre Receiving record for the Order, find the Order record in the Order Receiving window.
This decision pertains to the Receiving Process.
