Are there related P/N E/Cs?
If P/N E/Cs are related to the components within the Assembly, select the Engineering 
button. For more information, refer to the Engineering Control Process.
If P/N E/Cs are not related to the components within the Assembly, proceed with creating and editing the components.
This decision pertains to the Assembly Management.
