Kit Creation and Build

After the Principle Part of the Kit has been created in the P/N Master, the Kit as a whole, particularly which parts will be included, must be created in the system through the Kit button within the P/N Master. From this, the Kit must be brought into Inventory, either as the entire Kit being brought into Inventory at once, or through being built by parts existing in Inventory, or the Kit being built for a Picklist.

The following is the basic life cycle of the Kit Management, particularly the Creation and Build:

Upon the Kit being created in the system through the P/N Master and built or brought into Inventory, the Kit can be utilized. If necessary, a Kit Break and Re-Build can later be conducted.
