11.5 - Receiving Module

Comat Flights Dashboard

The Comat Flights Dashboard is a customer-specific window that shows arriving flights, by Location, containing T/O cargo for personnel to receive necessary items.

Order Receiving Discrepancy, via Receiving

The following fields have been added to the Order Receiving Discrepancy:

Received Date: The date the order was received.

Bin: The specific storage bin within the inventory location.

P/N Category: The type of part (i.e.: Rtoable, Expendable, etc.) as entered in the P/N Master. This information will automatically be populated once the P/N and P/N Description have been captured.

S/N: The Aircraft's Serial Number which is provided by the manufacturer. This serial number is like a registration number, but it is not dependent on a country code and therefore never changes.

UOM: The unit of measure of the order.

AWB: The Airway Bill Number for the part being received.

Note: With Switch ORDDICRAWB set to Yes, the AWB field is mandatory.

ORD NO: The system generated Order Receiving Discrepancy Transaction number. For more information, refer to Switch ORDRRCDP.
