Employee and Skill Creation Setup and Configuration

Before creating Employees and Skills, administrators must set up security, revision, and validation configurations. The following is the basic life cycle of the Employee and Skill Creation Process, particularly the setup and creation:

• The following Transaction Codes in particular must be set up for the Employee and Skill Creation Process:

  • Employee License Type
  • Employee Medical Requirement
  • Employee Payment Code
  • Employee Position
  • Employee Rating
  • Employee Skill Rating
• The listed switches configure some of the most broad features that affect the Employee and Skill Creation management. For more information, refer to the following switches:
