The External Vendor - All - RO Print button allows the user to print all P/N E/Cs and P/N Controls on a Repair Order. Selected Controls are listed under 'Required Task' and those that are not selected are listed under 'Additional Information' on the print.

This button is security controlled via Orders/ Update/ Repair Order/ RO Print - External Vendor - All. For additional information, refer to the Security Explorer via the System Administration Training Manual.

From the Repair Order Header, select the External Vendor - All - RO Print button.

In the following print, selected Controls are displayed under Required Task.

Controls that are not selected are displayed under 'Additional Information' as shown below.

Note: The External Vendor - All - RO Print is customer-specific and may not be available for your company.
