Engineering Control, Location/Site Ban Control Tab

The Location/Site Ban Control Tab allows the user to specify which locations will NOT be eligible to perform Work Orders that contain the currently selected E/C.

The following information/options are available in this window:

Location

The Location for maintenance events, inventory stores, orders, transactions, or training events. The location that will NOT be eligible to perform Work Orders that contain the currently selected E/C.

Site

The Site where the work is to be carried out (if applicable).

If a user tries to place this E/C on a Work Order at any of the locations listed here, TRAX will display the following error message:

Note: Locations and Sites are set up in the Location Master via the Settings module.

If a user tries to place a Task Card with a location/site limitation on this E/C, if the E/C does not contain a matching Location/Site, a list of Locations/Sites will be provided.

The Notes and Image buttons are available to include relevant information.
