GSE Configuration

Before creating Ground Service Equipment (GSE) records, administrators must set up the proper configurations.

The following is the basic life cycle of the GSE process, particularly the configuration:

The following Transaction Codes in particular must be set up for the GSE process:

• GSE Engine
• GSE Model
• W/O GSE Description Pre-Defined Phrases

The listed switches configure some of the most broad features that affect the GSE management. For more information, refer to the following switches:

• GSETCFOOT
• MANTCDTGSE
• MKOVERMD
• MKOWNMD
• MKWOEXMD
• TCGCTLSF

Note: Other Switches and Transaction Codes that affect the GSE process will be mentioned throughout this process. For more information on all available switches, refer to the various Switches and Transaction Code Manuals.
