Export Individual Files From a TraxDoc Document, via TraxDoc Explorer
In the TraxDoc Document File Manager Tab, the user can export individual files one at a time. The file is exported to a location chosen by the user. The user must also name the file that is being exported.
Export an individual file from a TraxDoc Document as follows:

- Go to TraxDoc / Explorer / TraxDoc Explorer.
- Select and Open a TraxDoc Document by right clicking on it and selecting View.
- Go to the File Manager Tab and select a file (the highlighted record indicates it is selected).
- Right Click on the file and select Export File.
- In the Export File Window name the file and select the location to save the file.

- The Export Window appears to confirm the file was exported and gives you the option to open it from there.
Note that if you open the file from this Export Window the file is no longer in TraxDoc and any modifications you make to it will not be saved in the TraxDoc database.
