The Release For Authorization button allows the user to release an order for authorization.

From the Contract Order Header, select the Release For Authorization button.

Notice the Release icon against the Contract Order Header line item.

The following Order Release window will appear. Select 'Yes' to proceed to release the order for authorization.

The Contract Order print will appear. The user may print or email this. Exit the print.

The Contract Order is released for authorization and the Release icon is replaced with the Authorized icon.
