Hazardous Materials Class/Division

The System Transaction Codes are displayed with both the Code Names and Descriptions. The Code Descriptions directly illustrate their functionality and role in the system, as fields are populated and tasks are performed.

Note: In addition to being able to be entered in the P/N Master, Inventory tab, this information can be utilized as a reference in the P/N Hazardous Materials System Transaction Code.

Browse button

Select the Browse button to access the Select File to Import window:

From this window, the user may select a folder in which stores desired icons.

BMP drop down

Select an image to associate to the System Code. When the Class/Division field is populated, the icon (i.e. GHS_02 icon) associated the transaction code selected will appear to the left of the Hazardous Material checkbox field via Settings/ Update/ P/N Master, Inventory tab. For additional information, refer to the P/N Master, Inventory tab via the Settings Training Manual.
