Customs Detail, General Tab

Chargeable Weight field: If the freight cost is based on chargeable weight instead of net weight, it can be entered here. Its value will be reflected in the CUSTOMS QuickPrint table under the Chargeable_Weight column. This field is informational-only.

Exchange Order Detail, General Tab

Order Status Query button: Select this button to view additional information regarding the order detail. This button is intended for Trax operators who operate in the capacity of a Vendor for Third Party P/N Pool Customers. This webpage is customizable and acts as a portal where information can be shared between the Vendor and the Customer regarding the order.

This button has been added to the Purchase Order Detail, General Tab, as well as the Repair Order Detail, General Tab.

Purchase Order Detail, Optional Tab

Order Ready for Pickup Date: The date the order will be ready for pickup.

Repair Order Detail, Optional Tab

P/N To Be Received: The part number reference to be received for the Repair Order.

S/N To Be Received: The serial number reference to be received for the Repair Order.
