Re-Open button - Select this button to re-open a Post-Completed W/O. Upon selecting the Re-Open button, the Notes window will appear, where the user must enter a note before the W/O can be re-opened. Entering a note will automatically change the W/O to Open Status. Any compliances written when the W/O was Post-Completed will be unchanged. Additionally, the compliances of new E/Cs added to the W/O will be written when the W/O is Post-Completed again.

Note: This button is security-controlled via Security Explorer/ Production/ W/O/ W/O Status Edit. For more information refer to the Security Explorer via the System Administration Training Manual. Users with security to the Re-Open button will override the setting of the Production switch PPCWOFBR.

Re-Open Notes button - Once a W/O has changed to Open Status by using the Re-Open button, the Re-Open Notes button will appear next to the W/O number. From here, users can view, edit, or add notes against the W/O record in the Note Pad window. Users without security to the Re-Open button can only view notes in the Note Pad window.

Note: The field and buttons in the Engineering Control General, Schedule, and Schedule Control tabs for FUR E/Cs are security controlled via Security Explorer/ Technical Record/ Update/ FUR Resolution Tab Edition. The field and button securities underneath the FUR Resolution Tab Edition section only apply to FUR E/Cs, not E/Cs created from the Engineering Control window. For more information, refer to the Security Explorer via System Administration Training Manual.

W/O Non-Routine Task Card, General Tab

Allow Edit Non Routine Data button - The following functionality has been added:

Note: This button is security-controlled by two securities. The security via Production/ Update/ W/O/ Work Order Non-Routine Task Card Edit status must be set to active. In addition, the security via Production/ Update/ W/O/ W/O Task Card Tab Active button must be set to inactive. The Allow Edit Non-Routine Task Card button is visible when the Non-Routine Task Card status is closed.
