Training Course Completion Department

The Training Course Completion Department option functions identically as the Training Course Completion option except that only the records that contain the same department in which the currently logged in user is associated will appear in the list.

The Training Course Completion Individual option allows for the recording of the Completion status of the Training Course. This process is performed once the employee has attended and completed the class.

You can record completion information regarding each individual Subject/Task that is included in the Training Course. If the Training Course does not contain Subjects/Tasks, you will only record the Completion status for the Training Course itself.

Recall that the Subjects/Tasks were set up during the Training Course Registration process.
