The Temporary Revision Tab will display any temporary revisions that have been applied to the Manual. Temporary Revisions are explained in the section Manual Revision Recording, Temporary and Permanent Revisions.
Fill all required fields and any optional fields desired on all Tabs and click on the Save 
button.
