An E-Mail Request type is received by a recipient by e-mail. The E-Mail includes detailed instructions for the Read & Sign Requirements. The recipient can either reply to the e-mail or click a link in the e-mail to a web log. The E-mail reply or web log reply is received by the TRAX System and the Read & Sign Request is updated.

The E-Mail Request will also contain an attachment depending on the Document Type of the Read & Sign. If the Read & Sign Document Type is a TraxDoc, the Published PDF Document from the TraxDoc will be attached to the E-mail. If the Read & Sign Document Type is a Document, the document will be attached to the E-mail.
