Routing
The Message Routing functionality allows the user to specify a user(s) who will receive another users messages for a period of time. This is useful, for example, if users will be off premises and want other users to receive TRAX system messages. If no users are currently specified, the following message will appear.
Select Yes.
The following information/options are available in this window:

User
The currently logged in user.
Route To
The user who will receive the messages.
Start Date
The start date for the message forwarding.
Stop After
The stop date for the message forwarding.

Click on the New 
button to add as many users as required.
