Users must have the security set up to access the Express Defect Report.

Set up security for the Users or Groups who will use the Express Defect Report as follows:

1. Go to System Administration/Explorer/Security Explorer.
2. For all the Users who require access to the Express Defect Report go to Technical Records/ Update/ Defect Report/ Defect Report Sel New Express.
3. Set the security for Defect Report Sel New Express.

Note: The other security settings that apply to the Detail Defect Report will also apply to the Express Defect Report.
(i.e. If a user does not have security for “Defer Defect Report” this will apply to both the Detail Defect Report and Express Defect Report)
