The New Express button allows for the creation of a Defect Report with the convenience of having the Defect, Resolution, and Defer information on one tab. There is no need to navigate between tabs. The Express Defect report is customizable to include only the fields that are selected at setup by a TRAX user with the appropriate security privileges.

The New Express window allows data entry personnel to enter defect information provided by the mechanic well after a defect has been created, deferred or resolved.
